On the drive to Idaho our GPS sent us on a wild goose chase down 5 miles of gravel roads to get to our final destination. I didn't think much of it until we got there and I took a look at our bikes on the back of the car. I'm thinking my chain as dirt magnet properties. I've never cleaned so much dirt off of a chain in my life. My chain and I were both very happy to get them clean again.

You sure you didn't scoot over to Colorado for the Leadville 100?

Try white lightning lube. I used Pedro's for a while and it totally got gunked up in minutes. White lightning stays nice and clean.
That's why I decided to go with roof mounts. Even though they are more expensive, I feel much more comfortable with the bike up on top. I like white lightning. I also like ProLink Gold.

A waxy lube is what we use......chains get dirty....such is life!
When I first saw the pic, I thought it was rust! Whew!
